Water, trail & birding access, built state by state
Fishing, hiking, and birding all run on the same land-ownership and public-land records, so Hike and Bird cover the same states as Fish, and the map below is their shared footprint. (Their safety layers, wildfire, smoke, air quality, weather and avalanche, come from national feeds, so those work wherever you go.)
Coverage reflects data we’ve ingested and verified. Some layers are national (water, public land); others we build state by state.
Guidepole Fire
Wildfire, smoke & air quality, nationwide
Fire data isn’t built state by state. Active wildfire perimeters, satellite hot spots, smoke plumes and air quality all come from national feeds (NIFC, NOAA and the EPA), so Guidepole Fire works across the entire US and Canada.
